CUSTOMER INFORMATION: Skogul Designs does not currently rent, sell or otherwise forward your name to other companies.

PRICING, SPECIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY: Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the changing nature of the computer industry, product descriptions may not reflect current technical information. As a result, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.

We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.

We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not complete it until we have your approval. Published prices do not include shipping and insurance.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Currently we only accept Paypal, www.paypal.com, as our only form of payment. Paypal is the most secure form of online payment, both for the consumer and the retailer. After you set up a Paypal account, which is FREE to establish, you may pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We do not add any Paypal surcharges.

We are in the process of obtaining a merchant account to allow us to accept payments directly via VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. iKradle.com will automatically reflect acceptance of direct payment via credit card when the merchant account is established.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship to locations within the United States by United Parcel Service ("UPS") or United States Postal Service. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. UPS charges include prepaid insurance up to the limits specified by UPS. If your package is sent by UPS and is lost or damaged, you may contact UPS. For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the delivery point. Skogul Designs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any orders submitted for shipment to a freight forwarder or similar entity. Skogul Designs reserves the right to not ship to foreign addresses at our discretion.  Please contact us at sales@ikradle.com prior to ordering to get approval for shipping to your foreign address prior to ordering.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: We warrant that our products will  be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We make no other warranty, express or implied, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which exceeds the foregoing warranty is hereby disclaimed.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box and packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt. iKradle has a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would like to request a return, please email returns@ikradle.com to request an RMA number and begin the return procedure.

RETURNS PROCEDURE: To return an item, contact Customer Returns Support at returns@ikradle.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insu.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Skogul Designs, its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages (including but not limited to, loss of data), however caused.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS: This site and all materials and images, information and any other content of whatever nature displayed or transmitted on or over this site is the property of Skogul Designs and/or its licensors and is protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyright law, trademark law, and other intellectual property laws.
